Operating systems An operating system (OS) is a collection of software that manages computer hardware resources and provides common services for computer programs. The operating system is an essential component of the system software in a computer system. Application programs usually require an operating system to function.

troubleshooting Troubleshooting is a form of problem solving, often applied to repair failed products or processes. It is a logical, systematic search for the source of a problem so that it can be solved, and so the product or process can be made operational again. Troubleshooting is needed to develop and maintain complex systems where the symptoms of a problem can have many possible causes.

activity Find a partner and sit somewhere, next your partner will tell you a problem and you have to troubleshoot the problem and try to solve the problem and then you make a problem and let your partner try to solve it and just keep going on a paper do 5 problems each.
