Clean Water State Revolving Fund $132.3 million – no match Low-interest loans for local government wastewater & stormwater projects Must be on Florida’s approved SRF priority list 50% to disadvantaged communities with more subsidy 20% to “green” projects (energy efficiency, water conservation, etc.) ~$800 million waiting list of shovel-ready construction projects, including “disadvantaged” & “green” projects Must be under construction contract by February 2010 March 4, 2009 |
