What is Stewardship? Stewardship

How does stewardship relate to you? All Rotarians are stewards of The Rotary Foundation (TRF) Every Rotarian is responsible for the proper use of Rotary funds The Trustees must demonstrate to our donors that contributions were used appropriately

What are Rotarians’ duties? All Rotarians should fulfill: o Legal obligations to TRF o Stewardship responsibilities o Reporting responsibilities o Partnership obligations Report misuse and suspected misuse of funds to TRF

Why is stewardship important for contributions? Proper Stewardship = More Contributions A donor who understands that funds are used in an appropriate manner is more likely to continue giving to the Foundation to support projects.
