Aggregates displayed online are calculated when a student is retrieve on the NSLDS Professional Access Site (NSLDSFAP) May differ from the last ISIR or last time student data was retrieved Aggregate loan information is separated into undergraduate and graduate totals Undergraduate and Graduate aggregate section will only appear if the student has received loans for those academic levels Aggregate Review Tools 3

Undergraduate/Graduate Award Year is determined based on the “loan period begin date” from the most recently reported undergraduate/graduate loan for the student The Dependency Status Indicator identifies the dependency status used in the student’s undergraduate/graduate loan limits determination Aggregate Review Tools 4

Enrollment Reporting Schools have three options available to them to report enrollment information to the Department: Submitting via batch file Updating on the NSLDSFAP web pages Submitting a spreadsheet through NSLDSFAP Schools may use one or more of these options during any single reporting cycle 10

Correct Errors Using Any of the Three Reporting Options You don’t have to use the same process as the original submittal Correct errors by: Submitting a batch error file via SAIG Update records with error online at NSLDSFAP Submit a spreadsheet containing the records that failed the submittal by upload on NSLDSFAP Remember, the bundle must pass all edits 12

Using Spreadsheet Submittal Create a file You can create your own You can import a file to a spreadsheet, such as the Enrollment Roster file in CSV sent via SAIG Make sure the first worksheet/tab is named “upload file” Save as a spreadsheet file with an extension of.xls or.xlsx (Excel format) Open the Enrollment Submittal link under the Enroll Tab 21
