Rules of the Game  The Instructor will decide which team goes first.  Each team who answers a question correctly should add the money amount to their total winnings.  Each team should keep track of their own winnings.  If a team misses a question, the amount should be subtracted from the team winnings.  The team who is first to respond and answers correctly chooses the next question.
