What is a Modern TeleHealth Solution  One that brings remote monitored healthcare to patients, especially rural resident-patients, in an affordable, effective, and innovative way.  Utilizes 24 x 7 remote health-monitoring of the chronically diseased or injured disabled persons.  Adopts iBag™ Mobile - a smart and unique system linking chronic incontinent patients, their families and healthcare providers provided by Future Path Medical Holding Co. LLC.  Uses a wireless technology that incorporates a remote data collection sensor-based system, stores and manages Urological data for distribution locally or via the web remotely.  Reports from a patient-centered “smart” device in real-time, accurate health information anywhere, and to anyone who has the permission to know.
