Phase 2 (week 5) Deciding Users Data collected from interviews: - prior knowledge - education - experience - frequency of use Help placement of users into subgroups. Formulate tasks for different subgroups. Example: based on the information, we can form 2 subgroups 1- undergraduate (3-5 users) 2- graduate and faculty (3-5 users)

Phase 3 (week 5-6) Deciding tasks for groups Everyone does simple mode(basic and intermediate tasks). Based upon results from initial interview, specific participants(experienced users) perform additional advanced tasks.
