Lifelong learning (LLL) for members (Or: CPD - Continuing Professional Development) Members shall undertake and record appropriate lifelong learning and, on request, provide RICS with evidence that they have done so RICS does not prescribe a set number of hours for lifelong learning. It requires members’ lifelong learning to be effective, enabling them to do their work competently. The outcome of the learning is more important than the number of hours spent on it
