Compound Functions Adding a Career –Add a new Program in the new Career Adding a Program –Add a new Plan in the new Program Removing a Career –Remove all Programs from the Career Changing a Plan in Different Programs –Add new Plan in new Program –Remove prior Plan from original Program

Compound Functions (cont.) Changing the Primary Program –Remove all Programs with Student Career Numbers below target Program –Re-add all removed Programs still desired by the student

Gotchas Effective Date –Effective Dates must be set to a time prior to the enrollment terms in which the Program/Plan will take effect. See documentation for standard dates. Academic Program cannot be saved without an Academic Plan

Gotchas (cont.) Student Career Number refers to Programs within the Career, not to Careers Primary Plan must: –Be in Program with Student Career Number set to 0 (zero) –Have Plan Sequence set to 10
