Proposed Web Design Perspectives (WDP) Conceptual: is satisfactory if different users easily understand domain terms, what prevents mistakes caused by ambiguous, inconsistent or unknown terms. Presentation: is satisfactory if the arrangement of interface’s elements allow the user to accomplish his/her tasks effectively, efficiently and pleasantly.

Proposed Web Design Perspectives (WPD) Navigation: is satisfactory if the navigation options allow the user to accomplish his/her tasks effectively, efficiently and pleasantly. Structure: is satisfactory if the arrangement of the components and modules allow the user to accomplish his/her in an effective, efficient and pleasant way.

WDP and Heuristics

Why use Usability Evaluation with WDP instead of Nielsen’s HE? It has been validated to be more efficient and effective for Web systems.
