The schedule for all teams will be posted on our agendas page the afternoon or evening before the first presentation meeting. All documents from all teams are due at the same time, namely by 3:00pm on the date of the first set of presentations. –To edit the team number and name on the left side, edit the master slide. – the Project Plan and the PowerPoint presentation to Dr. D. –For the Project Plan, Dr. D. an MS Word document (and not a pdf). –For the Project Plan, name your document file team_ _ _project_plan.doc. For subject of the use “Team Project Plan Document”. –For the Project Plan Presentation, name your document file team_ _ _project_plan.ppt. For subject of the use “Team Project Plan Presentation”. Presenting teams are required to dress business casual. Each team will be allotted at most 15 minutes to present. Rehearse your presentation timing. You will be stopped abruptly after 15 minutes. “Formal” team pictures will be taken in the Capstone Lab immediately following each of these four all-hands meetings.
