Educational Background:  UnderGraduate Degree: Electronics and Communications Specializing in Image Processing.  Final Year Project: Data hiding using Stenography techniques.  Graduate Degree: Biomedical Engineering specializing in Magnetic Resonance Imaging and Image Processing.  Masters Thesis: MR Distortion Correction.  Research Interests: Image Processing, Distortion Correction in MR and Super resolution Imaging.  Projects involved: MR Distortion Correction; Motion Correction using POCS and GP Algorithm, Improving resolution using POCS.

Introduction to MR Image Distortion   MR images helps in the determination of tumor in relation to the surrounding tissues for Surgeries and radiotherapy planning.   However, the exact locations are hampered by the Geometric and Intensity distortions.

Results: Cylinder distortion with Bo=1.5T, R=70mm and Gr of 10mT/m for 10ppm susceptibility difference.
