EPC MIS/GIS officially handed over on the 7 th of March 2007 PowerUserGIS implemented and used by various EPC staff Asset capture completed for all of Samoa PowerGIS and EPC vehicle tracker implemented
Current EPC GIS Unit 5 permanent Staff, 2 casual workers 2 Vehicles 3 PCs 3 Trimble GeoXM GPS 1 Server 1 Base station
Major Works Completed Asset Capture for all of Samoa completed. Includes all power poles, electric meters, transformers, lines and Generation assets Complete Pole tagging of all power poles in Upolu Development of 3 additional systems complete
