MOUNTAIN RES/RUE Project RES and RUE Stimulation in Mountainous - Agricultural Communities towards Sustainable Development Target Groups  Policy Makers: EU, governmental institutions, local authorities, municipalities, chambers of agriculture, chambers of commerce.  Energy Market: Investors, energy production and energy service companies (ESCOs), major industry & business associations in the commercial and industrial sector, owners of (biomass) district heating, farmers, forest companies, installers, construction, fuel trade, educational and research organizations and institutions of the implementation communities.  Energy Citizenship: Citizens, Associations, Non Governmental Organizations (NGOs).
