This is similar to the task of RTP in IP networks. However, SL does not contain payload type (like RTP), and does not contain the Elementary Stream. In addition, an SL packet does not contain an indication of its length, so it must be framed by a lower-level protocol such as FlexMux or RTP. –FlexMux Layer: Groups elementary streams according to common attributes, such a QoS requirements.
