Ministry of Science of the Serbian Government supporating all above, but unready to share the data unwilling to confront lobbies resisting OA

(A)If`the Ministry stands behind the project, it can be finished by the end of What are the prospects? (B)If it doesn’t, we will work with the institutions, which means: at least two more years, with poor chances to ever reach a proper quality
