First, we have a Peer to Peer Network, that’s fully capable of performing all your request but we feel it lacks the security from any serious outside attempts to infiltrate your confidential data files. Were recommending a wireless access-point web design.  We will use directional antennas and a central wireless controller to cover a long theater room from the back of the room where we didn't have the ability to position access points centrally.  We will also use mild directional antennas to direct the signal away from areas that were covered by other access points.  For digital problems: In our SSID selection we opted to use one SSID for each band (scale24 for 2.4GHz and scale5 for 5GHz), and reuse the same SSID on every access point. While allowing a different SSID on each access point gives the user more control, the fact that using the same SSID everywhere allows the clients to roam between access points as they move throughout the meeting area, without them having to change their sign- on.  Final cost of setup and monitoring will be $ 5, us.
