Born in 1969 in Sileby (TV) RCH, a leading provider of cash registers, has reviewed its information system relying on Giga, software house in Padua to the area and Kirio ERP, software house in Bologna for the area WEB. The new implementations have led to a planning and control of optimal management and sales force automation RCH has just celebrated its first 40 years. Born in 1969 in Sileby (TV), Spa RCH over the years has extended its leadership in the field of cash registers, evolving from the nearest to a creator of innovative products, designed according to the logic that anticipate market trends and engineering through a push. Considering also other companies that are part of the group (data4 - automatic payment systems for the Public Administration; MCT - cash registers, RAL - RCH Asia Limited, the China-based RCH) are about 80 employees. The RCH products are of different types: not just cash registers, but also POS, PC, software solutions, automated teller machines, all for the automation of retail outlets, of commercial retail, the retail trade, chain stores franchise and public businesses. Customers are mainly dealers, about 400, having as reference point a sales force consisting of agents that cover the entire national territory.

La revisione della logistica di Cometa The platform had already been implemented in the version of XP, but many features were not yet used. The Giga technology partner has played a key role in the decision to RCH to continue in this direction. "Giga we opened 'new worlds', he explained why the software under a different perspective. We were pleasantly surprised by the realization that this is a product of 'live', constantly evolving and responding to most of our needs," says Rossato. REQUIREMENTS: SUPPLEMENT PLAN, AUTOMATE Gian Paolo Rossato is the Head of Management Control Group which is part of RCH by the end of "The group still had not developed some logics for information. I refer particularly to the production management and control of the sales cycle. Then there was the need for the whole group using for the same information system, for a greater integration and ongoing communication. " RCH has therefore proceeded to explore some solutions and ultimately has rediscovered the value of ERP Wizard, the software house Microarea Genovese.

CUSTOMER SATISFACTION "The change that occurred in RCH has brought benefits in terms of customer satisfaction. With MRP, we can plan the right amount of products and the time of their entry into the market. This equates to greater precision and speed in ' also given by the order fulfillment process, we turned to lean on their load," says Rossato, which shows that now there are automatic systems that were previously unthinkable. He also cites the opportunity for the agent or customer to always have an eye on the tracking of the order, the quantity in stock in stock or know the status of the return of a product, a mode that was especially prized by considered the most strategic customers. "I must say that we found in Mago.Net and K-Order two applications that have adapted to our needs. We are often faced with information solutions that force the company to follow strict operational processes, whereas in this case occurred the opposite, obviously with respect to the linearity of the procedures. Again, in this context, the efficiency of the work done by our partners in understanding what synergies could be created, " says Rossato.
