How can we achieve our mission? We strive to achieve our goal by:  sharing and developing best-practices;  disseminating practical knowledge and know-how;  providing practical solutions;  developing the necessary cooperation mechanisms between agencies;  triggering and fostering an open and franc international dialogue among agencies and NGAs; and  providing assistance to newer agencies. 3
