NoDESCRIPTIONACTIVITY PARTNERS/NETWORK DATELINE 1Seeking observer status with Melanesian Spearhead Group and the Pacific Islands Forum Seeking support by MSG and PIF to sponsor West Papua to the UN General Assembly Conduct consultations with the Government of Vanuatu to put West Papua on the Agenda for discussion. Make submissions to members and also conduct direct lobbies. Request NGOs and Churches to lobby as well. Churches and NGOs, other Civil Society Organizations Tertiary Institutions, Trade Unions, Political Parties and Members of Parliament. By July Consultation and Consolidation of local and International support Consult with all West Papuan organizations and the International networks to join WPNCL in the action plan to push for the UN General Assembly to make a decision on West Papua. All the stakeholders including the independence movements Religious organizations, Tribal Institutions, NGOs, International organizations, Tertiary Institutions and other Civil Society Organizations.
