Here is my cheque for the prepaid interest for $2000 $2000 Two Thousand Dollars

STEP 2: buyer Vendor I would like to purchase essential medicine to donate. What is the cost? If you pay cash your price will be $1.11 per dose. If you use an RLG Credit Certificate, your price will be $1.00 per dose. I would like to use my $10,000 RLG Credit Certificate to purchase the essential medicine. Paid: $10,000

STEP 3: buyer Charity I would like to donate the medicine I just purchased to your charity. Thank you for your donation. We will issue your donation receipt We appreciate your donation. You are entitled to a donation receipt for the fair market value of the medicine you purchased. The government’s formulary pricing for this medicine is at least $1.11 per dose. How much did you pay for it? The medicine cost me $10,000. Although the formulary value is higher, we can only issue you a donation receipt for your actual cost…$10,000. The rule is that the donation receipt must equal your cost. Donation Receipt: $10,000
