How Many Delegates Does My Precinct Elect? Under Nevada law, each precinct is allotted a certain number of delegates based on the number of Democrats registered in that county and in that precinct (NRS 293) and is determined prior to the day of the caucus 12

Viability Caucus systems are not set up to be “one person, one vote” Rather, the caucus allocates delegates to candidates that meet a threshold of support (Viability) Viability threshold is determined on caucus day by the number of people who attend the caucus 13
