14 The overall response from customers who completed evaluations was that they were "very satisfied" with the information that they received, the payment assistance and the organization of the forum. Community Energy Forums A total of 1166 Customers participated in the Community Energy Forums. 214 HHC’s were filed at the Forums and 670 customers were placed on budgets. Over $150,000 in Energy Assistance was provided to customers onsite
