How do I get healed?

Exodus 12:37 Exodus 12:37 ‘ I am the Lord that heals you’ Isaiah 53:4 ‘Surely he took up our infirmities and carried our sorrows’ Matthew 14:36 ‘All who touched him were healed’ Psalm 103:3 ‘Who forgives all your sins and heals all your diseases’

John10:10 ‘I have come that you might have life and have it to the full’ Matthew 6:10 ‘Your will be done on earth as it is in heaven’ 3 John 2 ‘I pray that you may enjoy good health’

Step One:  She was desperate  She was fed up being sick  She called time on her sickness- it was no longer going to be her master- Jesus was  She wanted to be well!

Step two:  She knew what she wanted  She had full assurance that Jesus was going to heal her ’But when he asks, he must believe and not doubt, because he who doubts is like a wave of the sea, blown and tossed by the wind. That man should not think he will receive anything from the Lord; he is a double-minded man, unstable in all he does.’ James 1:6-8

Step three:  What you say is what you get  “If only I touch his cloak I will be healed”  If you confess with your mouth...and believe in your heart you will be saved”

Step four:  She added a step to her faith  The step she attached to her faith was rooted in the assurance she had that Jesus not only had the ability to heal her but that he was willing to heal her.

 Faith would appear to be the key to our healing WHAT JESUS HAD TO SAY ON THE MATTER: Matt 8:13 “It will be done just as you believe” Matt 9:29 “According to your faith it will be done to you” Matt 15:28 ”Woman, you have great faith. Your request is granted” Mark 10:52 “Your faith has healed you” Luke 17:19 “Your faith has made you well”

What do I do now? 1)Call the elders 2)Continue to make a right confession 3)Use your authority over sickness.

How do I keep my healing?  Don’t throw away your confidence  Avoid the temptation to look for physical evidence as a basis for your faith  Thank God for your healing

In summary… In summary… 1)Be desperate 2)Be fully convinced that Jesus wants us to be well 3)Make a right confession of your expectation. 4)Attach a step to your faith

The Lord will restore health to me and will heal me of my wounds because he is Jehovah Rapha, the LORD who heals me. Jesus has carried my sicknesses and taken my infirmities and by his wounds I have been healed. Many are the afflictions of the righteous but LORD will deliver me of them all. Bless the Lord, O my soul and forget not all benefits: who heals all my diseases.

I take authority over all sickness in my body and command it to leave in the mighty name of Jesus. In Jesus’ name I speak health and healing into all of my flesh giving. thanks and praise to God.
