Definitions Sexual Assault-any unwanted act of a sexual nature imposed by one person upon another May include: kissing, fondling, oral, anal sex, vaginal intercourse, or other forms of penetration.

Privacy Every effort is made to protect student identity and to avoid undue invasion of privacy. When collaborative staff involvement is warranted, staff are required to keep student information in confidence.
