Confectionately Yours Taking the Cake! Lisa Papademetriou

Short Summary Meet Hayley, her life has turned completely upside down. Her and best friend Artie aren’t getting along. Artie found a new boyfriend. But it seems that her boyfriend is Hayley’s crush. Gran (Hayley’s grandma) owns her own bakery shop. Hayley is a very good baker so she helps bake stuff for her grandma’s bakery. Hayley and a few friends all hold a fund raiser. At first they were going to do cupcakes but Hayley decided to bake cake pops instead. Read the book to find out!

New book cover For our response we decided to draw a new book cover. It relates to the book because it has drawings of cake pops and that’s what Hayley bakes!

Cake pops We brought in cake pops because Hayley and her friends were doing a fund raiser and to sell Hayley decided to bake cake pops. We hope you will like them!
