HOW DID WE GET HERE?  In 1997 adoption of the first Inclusionary Zoning Ordinance  In 2002 the Inclusionary Ordinance was amended to require the construction of Below Market Rate (BMR) units  2002 Housing Task Force

Camellia Place Construction is complete on EAH’s 112-unit affordable housing project at the East Dublin/Pleasanton BART Station. This rental project is available to low and very-low income residents.

Wicklow Square The City of Dublin provided a loan to Eden Housing for the development of a 53-unit low-income Senior Housing project adjacent to the City’s Senior Center.

Elan at Dublin Station D.R. Horton’s ELAN at Dublin Station project is currently under construction at the East Dublin / Pleasanton BART Station. The 257- unit for-sale project includes 25 townhomes and 232 condominiums. This project includes 26 affordable units.

Silvera Ranch Pinn Brothers is developing Silvera Ranch, a for-sale residential project that includes 257 units (townhomes and single-family homes). There are 26 units in this project that are affordable.
