DoDI 5525.17 Conservation Law Enforcement Program DoD Component’s Law Enforcement and Conservation functions will establish and mutually support an implementation method defining roles, resp., funding, and accountability. These incorporated into installation INRMPs/ICRMPS Primary Training for CLEOs is FLETC LMPT DoDI 4715.03 Says similar things as above but vague

U.S. Army Conservation Law Enforcement (CLE) Training Two actions being worked by IMCOM Provost Marshal OPMG allocated funds to U.S. Army Military Police School (USAMPS) to contract development of CLE training support package to create Army’s training standard as required by DoDI 5525.17 * Deliverable EOY FY15 * Determine most fiscally sound means of delivering training OPMG CP19 Manager working with MP Liaison Officer at FLETC to if FLETC could provide CLE training via Mobile Training Teams DES Leadership Class – segment on CLEO responsibilities

U.S. Air Force Several installations entering into Agreements with USF&WS and/or Host State’s Fish and Game Department to provide CLE coverage Other installations have mature CLE programs and meet DoDI and Air Force Instruction 32-7064 Training requirements for CLEOs is FLETC LMTP Programatic funding through AFCEC, by installation, has begun Needed; Standardized programs, training, uniforms, etc for cross utilization
