Coping & Stress Profile ® Tele-Training Introduction The profile Introduction explores the role of stress in our lives and how achieving a balance between too much and too little stress can lead to increased satisfaction. The Introduction then explains the purpose of the Coping & Stress Profile ®, how the report is structured, and how to interpret the scores.

It also identifies the respondent’s specific stressors in such categories as job characteristics, work schedule, and work productivity. The narrative interprets stress scores based on the person’s responses to the profile.

Coping & Stress Profile ® Tele-Training Your Coping Resources It includes a snapshot of the respondent’s strengths or challenges in the four coping resources for both personal and work life.
