The Trakai Historical National Park

The forest of Rudiskes. Two lakes left after an ice-age look like little eyes closing before falling asleep.

The Pazaislis monastery complex is one of the best examples of mature baroque style in Europe.

The river Neris next to the town Kernave makes its last great bends.

Trakai island castle is a masterpiece of Lithuanian medieval defensive architecture. The castle was began to build in XIV century and it was the residence of the Grand Dukes.

Dubingiai mound is the biggest in Lithuania. After a secret wedding with Žygimantas Augustas his wife Barbora Radvilaitė hid here for the whole winter.
