High Schools High School Choice Transfer – January 27 th to February 5 th. Choice letters will be mailed to parents on Wednesday, February 12 th. Deadline to appeal to designee – Monday, March 10 th. Deadline to appeal to the BOE – Monday, March 24 th. BOE appeal hearings – Thursday, April 10 th.

Middle Schools Middle School Choice Period – February 11 th to February 21 st. Schools will distribute Choice letters on Tuesday, March 18 th. Middle School Out of Zone – March 21 st to 31 st. Out of Zone letters will be mailed on Monday, April 7 th. Deadline for MS appeals to designee – Monday, April 14 th. Deadline to appeal MS to BOE – Monday, April 21 st. Middle School BOE appeal hearings – Thursday, May 8 th.

Elementary Schools Elementary Choice Period – February 18 th to 28 th. Parents will receive Choice letters on Monday, March 24 th. Elementary Out of Zone Period – April 7 th to April 14 th. Out of Zone letters will be mailed on Monday, April 21 st. Deadline for Elementary School appeals to designee – Monday, May 12 th. Deadline to appeal to BOE will be Tuesday, May 27 th. BOE appeal hearings on June 5 th.
