 VISION CASTING LUNCHEON March 5, 2011 APOSTLE RONALD C HILL, SR CHIEF APOSTLE K INGDOM H ARVEST C HRISTIAN A LLIANCE

APOSTLE HILL WELCOMES YOU PASTORS THIS IS WHAT YOU HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR…..

K ingdom H arvest C hristian A lliance This alliance was formed not only for the purpose of fellowship, but for the purpose of impartation and leadership development.

 K ingdom H arvest C hristian A lliance Biblical Principles and Prayer

The Kingdom Harvest Alliance will concentrate on Biblical Principles that will produce a healthy infrastructure and an effective outreach. KHCA

A. The bible will be the foundation for all that we do. Pastors will be encouraged continuously to study, read, memorize, and meditate on and to preach the word of God. KHCA

1. We will be a praying fellowship of ministers and churches. We will promote prayer in a variety of ways.  I believe it is impossible for a pastor and church body to have success in ministry if they fail to focus on prayer. KHCA

2. We will also focus on fasting and prayer. There are some spiritual battles that cannot be won without fasting.  Fast days will be scheduled, that our churches in the fellowship will be asked to observe.

KHCA 3. We will all aim with all our hearts to live a holy life style.  I believe holiness is the major key to everything we do with God. There can be no true success in ministry without holiness

KHCA 3. We will all aim with all our hearts to live a holy life style.  I believe it is also most important that we walk in love toward each other. A loving church fellowship will always grow.

KHCA  I believe every born again believer should be baptized and filled with the Holy Spirit. I also believe the church must allow the gifts of the Holy Spirit to operate in the local church fellowship 3. We will all aim with all our hearts to live a holy life style.

 K ingdom H arvest C hristian A lliance Ministry: Church Growth

KHCA We will focus on making disciples of the new and long-standing converts.  One of the major problems in most churches is a failure to make disciples. KHCA

I believe it is a must that we provide ongoing ministry for marriage and the family. We must seek to build marriages and we must win our children to Christ.

KHCA I also believe we must have ministry that is directed toward men. We simply must get men into the church fellowship. Men are the head.

KHCA I believe women must be respected and allowed to minister as God has led them. II have no problem with women in ministry.

KHCA I believe every Pastor and his wife must be involved with the promotion of the gospel of Christ. The people they lead will follow them as they lead.

KHCA Every Christian must be taught how to win a soul to Christ. They must be motivated continuously to tell someone about Christ.

KHCA We will provide training for everyone in the Alliance on how to share the gospel of Christ with the lost.

KHCA door-to-door, street corners, the market place, prisons, jails, hospitals, rest homes, Skid Row, radio, television, varied forms of media and to our families and friends. We will take the gospel…

 K ingdom H arvest C hristian A lliance Infrastructure

KHCA  We will provide training for Pastors, staff, leaders and volunteers.  We will help deserving young men and women plant new churches.

KHCA We will establish a Construction Team Ministry. WWe will pull together men who are in the construction trade. We will go to supply companies and seek donations of supplies and/or bring it ourselves. We will be on stand-by to help every church in the alliance to upgrade their buildings at no additional cost to them. We will use this program to train our young men to work with their hands.

KHCA If a pastor has a proven track record and he is in need of financial help the Alliance will, as one body, come together and assists him.

KHCA We will always set money aside for the purpose of helping the local churches

KHCA Each church will be required to support the fellowship. A governing committee will decide the amount at a later date.

KHCA Vision Casting Confession This fellowship of churches will be involved with preaching the gospel of Christ, believing God to fill us with the Holy Ghost, walking in holiness and love. Helping the poor and believing for revival. I believe God is going to release His Glory upon those who will walk upright. We are going to pay our tithe, give offering and prosperity is going to come upon us.
