Grade D Compliance Incoming air with % Oxygen 5 micron particulate filtration.01 Micron Filtration Carbon filtration for tastes and smells Carbon Monoxide Monitor for 10 ppm max. *3 stage filtration is only one element of an OSHA compliant Grade D breathing air system. The incoming air should be tested prior to use. CAB Series products will not remove CO, CO 2, Nitrogen or other toxic gases or fumes. These units will not increase oxygen supply and should not be used when air entering the system is oxygen deficient.

41 Series Filter Bundles The popular 41 Series 7-stage filtration systems from Bullard can be bundled with a Bullard COHP monitor to help comply with the key requirements for an OSHA Grade D Breathing Air System *7 stage filtration and CO monitoring alone will not guarantee an OSHA compliant Grade D breathing air system. The incoming air should be tested prior to use. Neither CAB Series nor 41 Series products will not remove CO, CO 2, Nitrogen or other toxic gases or fumes. These units will not increase oxygen supply and should not be used when air entering the system is oxygen deficient.
