Of Management Information System As for the physical model design, VMS will have to decide about: Choosing the storage format for each attribute from the logical database model Grouping attributes from the logical database model into physical records Arranging related records in secondary memory so that individual's records and groups of records can be stored, retrieved, and updated rapidly. Selecting media and structures for storing data to make access more efficient.

Summary In conclusion, we discussed about the overview about Al-Sayer company for automotives. In addition, the DHOW system that the company provides the software that supports the auto- management use to ease the way that Al-Sayer company processes it’s transactions. We stated all the systems inside the DHOW Information system, but we specified about the Vehicle Management System (VMS).
