Recommendations Establishment of trauma care systems. Strengthening and capacity building of local, smaller hospitals response to trauma patients Regionalization of trauma system Standardized trauma training for health care providers and Standardized Treatment Protocols Training for first responders and public in initial trauma management. Improve medico-legal systems Improve field communication and early warning systems to the area hospitals

Recommendations Advocacy for Prevention of RTIs –Personal experiences of the RTI survivors e.g. Non-use of seat belts, helmets, use of mobile phones and cigarettes smoking while driving.
