Suggestions for Facilitators Model the Seven Values Use the Group Agreement in the first Group Meeting Facilitate. Don’t Teach.

Group Agreement I will complete The Search For Significance Weekly Devotionals. I will attend all 8 sessions unless there is an emergency. I will commit to confidentiality. I will actively engage. I will refrain from dominating the discussion, judgment, or giving advice. I will pray for myself and for this group.

Sample Timeline for a Group Meeting 7:00-7:15 – Connection/Fellowship 7:15-8:15 – Group Discussion (start this on-time!) 8:15-8:30 – Prayer Requests 8:15-8:45 - Prayer 8:50…. you are done and it gives people time to get on their way by 9:00
