FASAP Misdemeanor Services MONITORING SERVICES FOR DISTRICT COURTS & LIASON FOR DMV

How are clients referred to ASAP Judgments set forth conditions imposed by the court when individuals are sentenced. ASAP must review judgments in order to: Verify ASAP or alcohol screening has been ordered for the client, and Identify which ASAP office the court has ordered the individual to contact.

COMPLETION When a client has completed ASAP requirements a Letter of Completion is sent to the assigning District Court & the District Attorney’s office.
