Eligible Applicants A city or county (or city/county) that has jurisdiction over the Project Area is a required co-applicant. Other applicants, who may jointly apply with a city or county include: – Joint Powers Authority; – Public housing authority; – Transit agency and/or operator; – School district; – Facilities district; – Any other special district or political subdivision of the State of California; and – A for-profit or not-for-profit developer or other entity as described (a corporation, limited liability company, limited partnership, general partnership, business trust, or joint venture). 19 AFFORDABLE HOUSING AND SUSTAINABLE COMMUNITIES PROGRAM
