Galen Avery Rowell, Avid mountain climber and wildlife photographer. Made over 35 treks to the mountains of India, Nepal, China, Tibet, Africa, Pakistan, Alaska, Canada, Siberia, Norway, New Zealand, and Patagonia. “Galen Rowell may be the foremost practitioner of that hybrid art, photojournalism.” ~The Washington Post Did photography assignments for Life, National Geographic, and Outdoor Photographer magazines.
