Texas Women for the Arts to awaken and nurture the artist in every Texas child… Since its inception in 2006, Texas Women for the Arts has united the financial forces of Texas women to create a restricted fund to be used for arts education programs across the state. At $1000 per member annual donation, the commitment is small, but the impact is great. In the past 7 years, Texas Women for the Arts has donated $886,500 to 37 deserving organizations, benefitting more than half a million Texas children.
