Cultural Notes Dolores Hidalgo

It’s a city located northeast of Guanajuato, Mexico. It is a prominent city because on September 15, 1810, at midnight, the Priest Miguel Hidalgo y Costilla shouted: “¡Viva México!” This Historic Independence Cry or Shout of Dolores, started the Mexican Independence.
