Allows patients to track their height and weight measurements. The weight tracking tool also provides patients with their BMI measurements. Allows patients to take and record their temperature readings by way of sensors located on the back of their phone case. Allows patients to obtain and record their blood pressure readings via a phone compatible blood pressure cuff. Allows patients to obtain their oxygen saturation levels and pulse readings by way of a separate finger probe attachment. Allows patients to obtain their EKG readings by way of sensors located on the back of their phone case. Allows patients to obtain and track their blood sugar levels. A separate lancet attachment provides patients with the capability to obtain their blood samples.
