General Information Young permanent teeth= recent erupted with uncompleted apical closure Normal root closure take 2-3 yrs after tooth eruption Most factors affect pulpal health are caries and trauma Treatment of young teeth stimulate apical closure and complete root growth

Pulp Treatment Procedures Young permanent teeth are with good prognosis increased apical perfusion to enhance pulp ability to react Calcium hydroxide (CaOH 2 ) is the medication of choose to protect dentin and pulp New adhesive system that modify smear layer and seal dentin such as GI and dentin boding gents
