Voice Activity 1.08: Describing your world Spanish 1

What you need to know: After studying and completing all of the activities of EACH SECTION ( Lesson, Grammar, Practice, Assessment ) of Module 1, Lesson 1.08, you will be able to: ask and answer the following questions: ¿Cómo es?  → What is he like? What is she like? ¿Cómo eres tú?     → What are you like? describe yourself and others using adjectives with appropriate adjective agreement. Examples: Ana es alta. Ana is tall. ( singular, feminine ) Antonio es alto. Antonio is tall (singular, masculine) Yo soy alto. I am tall. ( If you are a male. ) Yo soy alta. I am tall. ( If you are a female. ) MAKE SURE THAT YOU BECOME VERY FAMILIAR WITH ALL OF THE ADJECTIVES PRESENTED IN THIS LESSON. ( Adjectives are words used to describe people and things, such as : patient, tall, serious, etc. )

Make sure you listen and repeat all vocabulary, and take full advantage of the flashcards and games. Determine the information you need in order to correctly answer the ASSESSMENT questions, in complete Spanish sentences . ( Make sure you use the correct form of the verb ser, and the correct ending for the adjectives, based in gender of the person being described- male or female. Go to the ASSESSMENTS or Gradebook tab of the course Menu , Choose 1.08, Record your voice by clicking the ADD AUDIO button at the bottom of the Student Comments box, follow the directions to record, and Click Submit for Grading.
