INTRODUCTION The purpose of this Training Needs Assessment is to identify how the PSDSRA might best support the training needs of the San Diego Port’s shipyard workers. The results of this assessment reflect the responses of 44 of the approximately 150 members surveyed. Five surveys were conducted in person. 2
