PERMIT To offset impacts to 1.2 acres of partially impaired, wet prairie wetlands, the permittee shall purchase 0.9 freshwater herbaceous credits from Xanadu Mitigation Bank. By January 30, 2007 or prior to any construction or impacts authorized by this permit, the permittee shall provide the xWMD with documentation that 0.9 freshwater herbaceous credits have been deducted from the credit ledger of the Xanadu Mitigation Bank.
