Experiential Learning Ohio Means Internships & Co-ops – Agreement Scope of Work – Original Proposal plus final abstract, budget narrative, budget, employer list, and program snapshot Period of Performance – Jan. 1 – 12/31/13. To encompass work during Spring, Summer and Autumn Semesters. There is no deadline of June 30, 2013 for expending funds! Site visits will be scheduled

Experiential Learning Reports are due from Awardees during the program: –March, 2013 (Interim Spring Semester Report) – format and deadline TBD –May 15, 2013 (Spring Semester Report) –October 15, 2013 (Summer Term Report) –Feb. 15, 2014 (Autumn Semester Report) Ohio Means Internships & Co-ops – Metrics & Fiscal Reporting

Facilitated Discussion - Where are we going? –What do you need to ensure your program success? What role can the state play in this? –How best we can learn, share expertise, and collaborate between and among co-op and internship programs? –What aspects of the work-integrated learning programs need to be addressed to ensure quality for students? For employers? For educators? For the state? –What is needed to build long-term sustainability beyond the life of the grant? –Thinking about the questions and discussions, how might the initiatives be carried out in the next 6-12 months? –How might they be undertaken in 2014 and beyond?
