CONTEXT DESCRIPTION We want to achieve a management system for the exchange of messages during a conference. The conference members has the possibility to send public or private question to the speaker. A public question must be display by both the projector and the speaker monitor, while a private question must be display only by the speaker monitor at the end of the conference (the reply to that question will be mail by the speaker later). A conference memebers can ask to speaker a question, even anonymously, only if he has made a prior registration to the conference (getting a KP).

SYSTEM DESCRIPTION The system is composed of: One KP for every participant at the conference: it allows the user to write the question and send it to the SIB. Two KP for the speaker: the former retrieve the participant's questions (public and private), the latter send commands to the projector for the slide management. One KP for the projector: it retrieve the slide, public questions and show them. One SIB that stores the data ready for use.
