CHC Affordable Housing  Not-for-profit providing quality community and affordable housing;  Independent of Government;  Caters for people on low to moderate incomes  Does not receive recurrent subsidies from Government;  Transfer of 132 properties from the ACT Government,  Average age of properties is 36 years and are in need of refurbishment/replacement;  Affordable housing to meet the following dwelling targets: ◦ Rental within 5 years, 500 within 10 years ◦ Sale – 220 within 5 years, 500 within 10 years
