Welcome to the Presentation of Plasma Based Industrial Desulphurisation & Denitrification Plant from flue Gas

We thankful to authority for offering opportunity to Present our New PLASMA Based Technology Products.

Industrial Desulphurisation & Denitration Plant

Applicable to Every Industries having Exhaust gas / Flue gas containing SO2, NOx, NO2, NO, H2S, CO & Organic Gases.

Why it is needed. Pollution is Silent Killer of Health & Agriculture Why it is needed ? Pollution is Silent Killer of Health & Agriculture . It affects slowly & permanently. It is advisable to CARE first rather than CURE.

Plasma Technology FOR Thermal Power Station Based on Coal, Furnace Oil, Diesel, coke , Blended Coal etc. for Cleaning of Flue Gas.

standard operative cost of this line, because every Power Station The coal-fired power stations are not having standard emissions because these are dependent on lot of parameters as follows: Origin and quality of coal Amount of Sulphur in coal Boiler construction Burner construction Theoretical combustion of air Practical combustion of air So, it is very difficult to define a solely treatment line and also difficult to quantify one standard operative cost of this line, because every Power Station is a single case.

Where to Place the System? ASH Handling Plant Particles Separator Height 150 - 350 mtrs Exhaust Gas Flow

Ideal Place for System Plasma System ASH Handling Plant Particles Separator Exhaust Gas Flow

Environmental Effects Sulfur dioxide and nitrogen oxides are the major precursors of acid rain, which has acidified soils, lakes and streams, accelerated corrosion of buildings and monuments, and reduced visibility. Sulfur dioxide also is a major precursor of fine particulate soot, which poses a significant health threat.

Health Effects High concentrations of sulfur dioxide (SO2) can result in breathing problems with asthmatic children and adults who are active outdoors. Short-term exposure has been linked to wheezing, chest tightness and shortness of breath. Other effects associated with longer-term exposure to sulfur dioxide, in conjunction with high levels of particulate soot, include respiratory illness, alterations in the lungs' defenses and aggravation of existing cardiovascular disease.

With Plasma Technology the typical process scheme can be DRY – Desulphurisation with PLASMA Technology Only to reduce NOx & SOx with sludge discharge To reduce NOx & SOx with salt of Calcium to get Calcium Nitrate & Calcium Sulphate as a byproduct. These mix products are good fertilizer. To reduce NOx & SOx with salt of Ammonia to get Ammonium Nitrate & Ammonium Sulphate as a byproduct. These mix products are good fertilizer. Desulphurisation & Denitrification by Dry plasma Method Features: No Chemicals are used Independent of type of Fuel used Only water is used as reducing agent No production of any by-products Reduction efficiency of pollutant around 90-95 % Small compact in size No special operator is required. Stand alone system

Desulphurization & Denitrification by Dry plasma Method Features: No Chemicals are used. No catalyst is required. Independent of types of Fuels used. Only water is used as reducing agent. No generation of any by-products. Reduction efficiency of pollutant around 90-95 %. Small compact in size. No special operator is required. Stand alone system.

DRY PLASMA PROCESS

SEMIDRY PROCESS The another method is to produce fertilizer from flue gas by semidry Plasma Method We offer a SEMIDRY process which produce Ammonium Sulphate & Ammonium Nitrate which are very good fertilizers. Our process is based principally on reactions induced in COLD PLASMA Reactor. The COLD PLASMA Reactor is equipped with our special Plasma Generator that require a low power. Inside the Cold Plasma Reactor, without chemicals addition, we can have the followings reactions. Cold Plasma 1- 2NOx + H2O + O -------- HNO3 + HNO2 2- 2SO2 + H2O + 2O ------- HSO4 + HSO3

3- 2NH3 + 2NO2 + H2O + 1/2O2 ---- 2NH4NO3 Ammonium Nitrate Inside the Cold Plasma Reactor after dosing Ammonia in water solution following reaction takes place ( Only final reactions indicated). Cold Plasma 3- 2NH3 + 2NO2 + H2O + 1/2O2 ---- 2NH4NO3 Ammonium Nitrate 4- 2NH3 + SO2 + H2O + 1/2O2 ----- (NH4)2SO4 Ammonium Sulphate

If after the reactions 1 & 2 we make to react the flue gas with Calcium Carbonate or Calcium Hydrate, we can have by-products, Calcium Nitrate and Calcium Sulphate. If we realize a full reactions with final step with Calcium Carbonate or Calcium Hydrate, we can have by-product which is a mixture of all products. The separation of the reactions 1 & 2 need as final step a Wet or Dry scrubber. The separation of Nitrate and Sulphate of the reaction 3 & 4 or of all can require a follow step as Cyclone and/or Wet scrubber and/or Dry scrubber.

SEMIDRY DENOX + DESOX REDUCTION PLANT

Advantages over Traditional FGD System based on WET LIME & SEA WATER . These systems reduce only SOx, H2S & acid in the flue gas & byproduct is Gypsum. Only Plasma technology can work on both SOx, NOx & CO. If power station is based on Methane, then flue gas contain only NOx and CO which can reduce only by PLASMA Technology.

By Products From PLASMA are Eco Friendly & marketable Fertliser. Low power Consumption No Catalyst is used. Only Clear water is required. Compact Size, Flexible operation for 365 days. Low maintenance. Less Manpower requirement. Low Operating cost.

The advantage of Cold Plasma compared to other known process are : Working at flue gas temperature until +130°C, so do not require to heat or cool the fumes. Operating at low pressure of flue gas until atmospheric pressure. No catalyst is required. Fast time of reaction.

To have some by-products that are marketable. To work in many ways, as customer need also to reduce the Carbon Monoxide in flue gas. With Cold Plasma Technology the typical process scheme can be : Only for reduce NOx & SOx with sludge discharge To reduce NOx & SOx with salt of Calcium Nitrate & Calcium Sulphate as by-product.

These mix products are good fertilizer. To reduce NOx & SOx with salt of Ammonium Nitrate & Ammonium Sulphate as byproduct. To reduce NOx & SOx with sludge of Ammonium Nitrate & Ammonium Sulphate & Calcium Nitrate & Calcium Sulphate as by-product. Also these mix products are good Fertilizer.

We Can reduce pollutant gases in 3- way We Can reduce pollutant gases in 3- way. 1) Without Using any Chemicals – Dry PLASMA, No by Products. 2) By using NH3 / Brine water solution to make Fertilizers as By product 3) By Using CaOH2 to Produce Gypsum as By product .
